Transparency & accountability are key values for Bournmoor Parish Council - all income, spending & financial decisions are open for anyone to inspect unless there is a valid overriding reason.

Bournmoor Parish Council is primarily funded through its precept i.e. a portion of residents' council tax bill. However other funds may be received by developer contributions towards infrastructure or grants / donations for specific projects.
